Yoga was intended to help bring clarity and calmness to your life. My favorite feature of the shirt is the Downward Dog pose on the butt!
This was E’s first pose that she learned and her favorite by far. For a more advanced pose, have your child extend their arms without their head touching the ground. Have them go up on their tip toes and back down. You can really feel the burn if you do this in repetitive sets of 10!
