  3. I learned An easy and eco-friendly way of cleaning your jewelry is to mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 3 teaspoons of water until it becomes thick and pasty. Use a soft piece of cloth (an old t-shirt, perhaps?) and gently rub the paste on your treasure. Rinse with water and dry.

    An easy and eco-friendly way of cleaning your jewelry is to mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 3 teaspoons of water until it becomes thick and pasty. Use a soft piece of cloth (an old t-shirt, perhaps?) and gently rub the paste on your treasure. Rinse with water and dry.

    The paste should only be used if your jewelry becomes really filthy.
