As I was looking for traditional Valentines Day gifts, I came across Planet One Gifts and was really taken back by their unique items. They sell fair trade, organic, and Eco-friendly products. So I’m a little late in running my Eco-friendly Valentines event. But honestly, I couldn’t stand the thought of thinking about the day for over a month. Being a single mom makes the holiday hard, not to mention all of my previous V-days have been horrible. But, I know most of you participate in the holiday so I thought I’d share with you some fun things you can hint to the man in your life or give to your children.

You know my Etsy obsession and I just found an amazing tee shirt company called RCTEES. They carry Earthy and unique Tshirts, tunics, and bags. All of their designs are awesome!! I wore an undershirt with mine and was good in 55 degree weather. It’s not a scratchy thick tee like I’m used to wearing, so I was really happy when I felt it. 🙂 The tee is form fitting and you should go up a size if you don’t want it to be tight.

You might remember my review of Franklin Goose from last month. They are a new 1 stop Eco-shop with over 1,300 products. And they are still growing! The Lucy Skirt comes in sizes 6-12, 12-18, 18-24, 2T and 4T. Ella got the 4T and it’s the perfect size. It comes with the elastic waist band with buttons on the inside in case you need to make the skirt tighter. I don’t like short skirts on kids, but I can see Ella being able to wear this for at least a year. In the Winter, tights or leggings are great and of course in the Spring and Summer you can’t go wrong with a jean skirt! The fabric is super soft and pre-washed, so you don’t have to worry about bleeding or shrinking.
