    2–we use non-toxic cleaners, soaps, shampoos, etc
    3–we buy organic and products made from recycled and/or sustainable materials whenever possible

    1. Growing our own organic veggies in our backyard garden

    2. Replacing plastic shopping bags with reusable cloth ones

    3. Buying toys and clothes from consignment rather than purchasing new

  34. To help the environment we cloth diaper, compost, have a rain barrel and I generally drive my husband nuts by wanting to recycle everything and hang up laundry 😀

    Okay, i just saw another shirt I like “Backseat Driver”. Our two and a half year old is TOTALLY a backseat driver! If we drive a different way, she pipes up and asks WHERE we are going. She tells us when she'd like to turn and gets upset if we don't follow her directions. And she also knows how to get to the ice cream store 😀
