save me

Another day of whining and tantrums. But, she didn’t fight me for a nap or bedtime thanks to Miles Davis again. She woke up in a terrible mood and I had a headache. I tried to catnap while she played and every 10 minutes she’d be yelling about something. I hate to take pain meds in the morning and naps usually help. I was sad we missed our moms coffee morning, but there was no way I could go or take her. 11:30 came and I made the decision to take her to gym to get some energy out and hopefully change her mood. She was wild, but at least didn’t throw any tantrums. She didn’t play with Ari, which was odd. She usually runs up to him and freaks out. And it’s been 2 or 3 weeks since she’s seen him. This little girl tried to steal her ball from her and she yelled, “LET GO!” I laughed and shook my head. I guess it’s good she’s sticking up for herself, but at the same time she needs to share. Like I’ve said before, she shares well with older and much younger kids, but not her age. Or Rachael for that matter. After gym we came home and she took a nap. Then we had lunch and ran by the mall to pick up air freshener for mom at Yankee Candle. The cheap stuff gives me headaches and Yankee Candle is the only scents that don’t. That goes for candles too. We came home and Amy and Elijah came over to play. They had fun with the train table. Then we went outside and hung out until dinner time. That was about the time she melted down again and started her tantrums. Mom got home and I was at my melting point. She took over Ella duty thankfully.
So tomorrow is my MRI. Not looking forward to it one bit. I still haven’t heard back from the doctor if my insurance cleared it. Hopefully they will have the approval before the morning! Judi is coming down to watch Ella. I’m ready for this to be over with. Or to at least know. Well, I’m going to get off. I hate thinking about this…
